Project Wote Pamoja
ESPERANCE KALONJI
PROJECT COORDINATOR WORKSHOP
FACILITATOR & COACH
This project was founded based on my passion to share my skills and talents with others. I am deeply passionate about sewing, it is something I enjoy doing and I hope others will be able to share in this joy with me.
This project will target both women and men from different backgrounds with a disability, interested in learning how to sew and even those wanting to upgrade their current skills. I will be sharing my knowledge in alterations, design making and cutting, and the construction of a variety of pieces including clothes and accessories.
The Project Scope
Supporting Women with Disability of all ages and Cultural background
VISION
The purpose of this project is to equip as many individuals as possible with a life-long skill that can turn into a hobby or possible business venture. My hope is that every individual that partakes in this project feels empowered and feels confident in knowing that they can do whatever they put their mind to. Anything is achievable if you are willing to put in the work.
To uplift the spirit of women from all communities by enabling them to take a center stage regardless of their appearance and impairment to showcase their talents and beauty, their value and their rights with the support of their families, friends and the wider Queensland community.
