Mate’s Helping Mate’s

Mate’s Supporting Mate’s
Men get a lot of support hanging out with their mates.
Letting our mates know that we’re here for them can be a tough to talk about, especially if we’re worried about them. It could be the conversation that will prevent your mate from taking his life.
But most men are not really good at starting the conversation to check in if they’re mate needs help.
Many men mostly keep their feelings to themselves, with the ‘she’ll be right mate’ Aussie attitude.
Men talking about how they’re feeling is looked to be weak or un-manly. This kind of attitude can be very damaging for men and the people around them.
Mental health issues have a great impact on men’s physical health. Men with mental health issues are offered “gender neutral” services. While this may seem fair and equal, gender neutral services can fail to take into account the different needs of men.
In simple terms, your mental health refers to the way you think, act, and feel
