Our Team

Bill grew up in the Congo during tough times. After fleeing to Zambia with his family, Bill spent 7 years in a refugee camp looking to escape the troubles in his country.

Bill's father spent many years applying for acceptance to other countries. Finally, after many disappointments, Bill's family was excited to learn that Australia would be accepting their application to resettle.

After many years of struggles and obstacles, Bill's family was moving to Australia to begin their new lives. This was the turning point for Bill and his family to become part of the Great Australian Nation.

When Bill arrived in Australia he was so excited and happy to apply and become an Australian citizen.

Bill would find work in construction and laboring. While also studying and completing many courses in business and employment opportunities, Bill was dedicated to working hard and saving to achieve his dream and goal of starting his own organisation.

The beginning of 2020 was the year when Bill's dream finally became a reality and Bill started his organisation — now operating as Relief Wakes (trading as Auscongo Network Incorporated).

Bill now employs a diverse team of support workers in the disability sector, helping those with disabilities who struggle with everyday living.

Being a passionate and caring person, Bill is someone you can trust and rely on to help through your times of difficulties and struggles throughout life.
