What is Plan Managed?
As an NDIS participant, you have choice and control over how you manage your NDIS plan. In this video, we'll explain how your NDIS plan is set up and how to spend the funds in your NDIS plan to live the life you want.
💡 Plan management gives you more choice and flexibility over who provides your supports, while a plan manager handles the financial administration on your behalf.

Your Rights as an NDIS Participant
The Participant Service Charter includes new timeframes for NDIS processes called the Participant Service Guarantee.
These are timeframes for the NDIA to make decisions about access, plan approval, plan reviews and nominee changes.
These clear timeframes will make it easier for participants to understand: when they will hear back from us, how long we have to make decisions, and how long participants have to provide us with the information we need.
💡 You have the right to appeal any NDIA decision. If you disagree with a decision, you can request an internal review — and Relief Wakes can help guide you through this process.
The Three Ways to Manage Your NDIS Plan
No matter which management type you choose, Relief Wakes is registered to support you every step of the way.
Self Managed
You manage your own NDIS funds directly. This gives you maximum flexibility and choice over which providers you use, including those not registered with the NDIS.
Plan Managed

Access Decisions

Plan Reviews

Nominee Changes
